From Chile, a country which it has enjoyed an image of democracy, where even Justice has been privatized and the courts operate in the Malls, we note:
1 .- On September 21, the 8 people whose homes were violated by the police in charge of a prosecutor who ignored a disallowance issued by a court, appropriating of our computer equipment illegally, you must go to a court to be charged with a crime he never committed.
2 .- In the 30 days since we were attacked in our homes, we learned how the institutions in Chile when it comes to protecting the interests of the failed Salmon Industry and Private Enterprise sacrosanct.
We learned, for example, that any of us can be spied on by the State, intercepted and recorded telephone conversations, emails surgery, followed, photographed, criminalized a priori, accused by a prosecutor who will ever have to invent a pump (or two) that is called "Cyprus" to justify the description which follows us has been the engine that was used against Salmon-Chile.
We have learned that nothing can prevent us to be detained, supervised or assaulted during a "voluntary acquiescence."
We learned that a prosecutor can commit abuses with impunity, disobedience to a judge, to keep foreign species without showing willingness to return them, examine them without any court approval and to determine the political affiliation of each person who is the subject of such abuse.
We have learned that a prosecutor is, for anyone with interests and aspirations than the establishment, a threat to human rights and the Public Ministry a public hazard used as a tool of political repression.
4 .- Like millions of Chileans, we thought that the criminal procedure reform was a step in the mechanisms of administration of justice. Today we know that this is another fraud, another deception, such as labor reforms such as tax reforms and educational reforms, as reforms to the Law on Fisheries and Aquaculture to be handled in Congress .... Like most things in this country.
Today, no one has secured its Human Rights in Chile. What the military dictatorship made illegally, is now legalized.
CNI Pinochet, now known as ANI and its creator is now a candidate for deputy Socialist Party, the military prosecutors once ad hoc Deputy Prosecutors are now called, no one (except another prosecutor) monitors, which can be prepared assemblies and command (on the confessed "regret"), dozens of police, intelligence agents, with unlimited budget to get anywhere, as in the case Huenante that the same prosecutor who investigated after us for 4 years and still not resolved.
5 .- Among our accusers are the Government of the coalition that allowed all sorts of abuses committed by the Industry Nature Salmon and Salmon-Chile, which covered up the deaths of 100 workers salmon in 7 years and an unquantifiable environmental destruction , also manifested in a social crisis that affects thousands of families in debt or victims of social pathologies that are exacerbated by the schemes of work in the salmon industry. Statewide
salmon is prepared to lock up 8 people who have struggled peacefully to defend labor rights, the environment and a world without social divisions. A salmon that State will face on September 21, in early spring to the south of Ecuador.
We will do as we have always done without government subsidies, no assemblies, no auto-attacks, without the support of the media without Annual Dinner, no NGO, no servile Mayors without parliamentary opportunistic Ambassadors without excusing faults to foreign markets without the CORFO and without PRO-Chile. 6 .- We
when spring begins in a Court without divers killed on our consciences, without women discriminated between our history or condoned abortions in the salmon processing lines, no carcinogenic fungicides cans in our hands, without a single fish disease attributable to our stupidity or ignorance. We only
our crimes: the hopes of living in a better country, where justice is not a Utopia. Inherited a country for our children and children of all. We ask
joining us, from the four corners of the Earth at that time. We ask
share our crimes and keep fighting the rest by seeking a false accusation that has been built to serve as a warning to those who share our same dreams that will survive because dreams can not be imprisoned.
