Sir,
the undersigned, citizens of Chile, express to you their opposition to the amendments to the Law on Fisheries and Aquaculture current reforms promoted by the Government of President Bachelet and allow the privatization of the Chilean Southern Ocean save the salmon industry, causing an environmental and social tragedy unprecedented in our history.
The Southern Ocean is in all Chileans, and must remain so.
